Yesterday (4th January), Most Rev. Eugeniusz Popowicz, the Metropolitan of Przemysl – Warsaw gathered Curia workers, priests of Przemysl and Sanok Deaneries, representatives of parish councils, religious sisters from Przemysl and representatives of various social and cultural institutions from Przemysl for a traditional Christmas meeting.

Among guests was present Most Rev. Jan Martyniak, Archbishop Emeritus of the Archdiocese of Przemysl – Warsaw. The meeting was started with a prayer and Christmas carols. Rev. Bogdan Stepan read the fragment of the Holy Writ about the birth of Jesus.

Afterwards, Most Rev. Eugeniusz Popowicz addressed his guests with a sermon and Christmas wishes. Finally, he shared prosphora with Most Rev. Jan Martyniak and others.
