On the 7th of March 2019, Most Rev. Eugeniusz Popowicz, the Archbishop and Metropolitan of Przemysl – Warsaw met with the Mayor of Przemysl, Mr. Wojciech Bakun. Abp Popowicz was accompanied by Rev. Mitred Bogdan Stepan, Vicar General and Rev. Pawel Rohun, the Curia’s Chancellor.
Abp Popowicz presented the current condition of the Greek Catholic Church in Poland and Przemysl. Most Rev. Popowicz brought a gift for the Mayor, a drawing showing a landscape of Przemysl.
