On the 1st October, members of the Marian Society of the St. John the Baptist Greek Catholic parish in Przemysl, took part in the Divine Liturgy and Moleben in honour of St. Joseph. In this way, members and other parishoners commemorated the 25th anniversary of establishing the Marian Society of the St. John the Baptist Greek Catholic parish in Przemysl.
After both services, they went to Marian Sanctuary in Jaroslaw to visit the Icon of the Mother of God „The Gate of Mercy.” The pilgrimage was headed by Rev. Mitred Bogdan Stepan, the pastor of the Przemysl Cathedral. Pilgrims were greeted by Rev. Krzysztof Blazejewski, the pastor of the Jaroslaw parish. Subsequently, all guests participated in two Molebens, in honour of the Mother of God and in honour of Jesus Christ. Afterwards, pilgrims prayed and sang religious songs. At the end, Rev. Krzysztof Blazejewski presented each guest with a picture of the Icon of the Mother of God „The Gate of Mercy” and invited everybody for lunch.
